IDEAL WEIGHT CHALLENGE

Our signature wellness challenge of the year, Ideal Weight Challenge, helps employees achieve a healthy weight. Most popular among our employees, this 12- week challenge is designed to reward you for maintain or working towards a healthy BMI. This challenge alone can qualify employees for our Grand Prize — a paid trip for two to anywhere we have an office. Can you say “Aloha”?

LEADERSHIP SUPPORT

It all starts at the top. Setting a good example is vital to encouraging wellness in the workplace. Our CEO, Harry Herington, and members of the executive team literally hop on a plane and visit NIC teams across the country to join them for a marathon or other wellness initiatives. Execs and employees have run through mud, climbed over barb wire, jumped over fire, and even swam through electric shock waters – talk about dedication.
