We have worked with NIC on several applications associated with the receipt or payment of funds to various state agencies primarily for Web-based solutions. They have a strong understanding of the payment process as well as the reporting requirements. They are creative and innovative in the development phase and bring new ideas to the table. Ease of implementation is critical and they work hard to make this happen. NIC makes the overall experience as easy and seamless as possible and are a pleasure to work with.
