Our agency started working with NIC two years ago to develop a new Web site. During that time, NIC has provided excellent and invaluable support, through training and on-going, prompt and applicable advice and assistance, all of which enabled the Vermont Human Rights Commission to develop its Web site in a smooth and effortless fashion. Public response to the site has been enthusiastic and positive; information is easily accessible and the format is very user-friendly. NIC provides a critical service to state government agencies, our agency and others would benefit greatly from continued and expanded services from NIC.
