NIC approached our Web site redesign project with plenty of enthusiasm and ideas. They followed with a thorough and strategic planning process, and concluded with an efficient and seamless implementation and relaunch. We have gotten great feedback about the new site from ratepayers, interested parties, regulated utilities and the general public.
