The partnership with NIC has been very successful for the Alabama Secretary of State’s Office. The self-funded model that you developed has made it possible for us to offer our customers the convenience of online filing during an economic period in which we would not have been able to allocate state funds to upgrade the service. The customers are delighted with the system and so are we. I look forward to future projects.
