Partnering with NIC’s Alabama subsidiary has allowed the Real Estate Commission to offer many online services to our real estate licensees. Having the ability to automate many of the services through the self-funded model has allowed the commission to offer our licensees the convenience of technology in many areas that would not have been issued priority within our internal information technology division. This partnership has been a great success and has contributed to enhanced interaction with the licensees and people that we service.
