For more than 20 years, we have referred to the governments we work with as partners instead of clients. We also call
ourselves a partner instead of a vendor. Why? Because our success is based
on developing and nurturing long-term and mutually-beneficial relationships
with the governments we serve. Partnerships deliver this level of value because the relationships are based
on trust, generating tangible results, and doing the right thing.
Vendor-client relationships rarely meet these targets or stand the test of
time.
When it comes to managing the complexities of an official government portal,
our view is that only a dedicated private sector partner can be successful
in the long run. The more than 3,500 federal, state, and local government
